RMC Campus Store Shipping Policies

All "Shipped" orders must be pre-paid.

All "Pick Up" orders may be paid using our normal payment methods when picked up at the store.

The RMC Campus Store utilizes FedEx Ground, and USPS First-Class Mail for delivery. The carrier is determined by the destination (international shipments), size of the item, and the weight of the order. The time of delivery for each carrier depends on the shipping destination.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. (except on holidays). Please allow three (3) business days for all orders to be processed and shipped or ready for pick up.

First-Class Mail: First-Class Mail is a cost-effective option ONLY available for shipping small items like decals, lanyards, magnets, and keychains for a flat $1 fee. Please call or email us to inquire about this service.* 

*Oversized items may have additional shipping charges. The Campus Store reserves the right to modify the shipping method on the order without notice. 

**In-store/curbside pickup not available for Diploma Frames, Captain's Chairs, and Lawn Signs.
