Looking for a fun and flexible on-campus job? The Randolph-Macon College Campus Store is hiring student employees! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience, work in a team environment, and show your Yellow Jacket pride—all while earning extra cash.

This position is only available to RMC students. The position available is part time and flexible. Applicants must be able to work 6-10 hours per week and prior customer service experience would be helpful. This position will interact with students, staff and faculty to accomplish the tasks assigned.

Pay: $12.00/hr

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions
  • Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays
  • Clean retail areas and work spaces
  • Help with store events and promotions

Additional Information:

  • Student must be able to be on his/her feet for extended periods of time, lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds, and handle hand carts, as needed
  • Student should be a team player and have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Student need to be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Saturdays – minimum, but not limited to ONE per semester
  • MANDATORY student meetings 1-2 times a month.
